Hainrike is a project administrator responsible for coordinating all stages of implementation. She ensures team synchronization, deadline control, and process transparency. Focuses on project manageability and achieving planned results without disruptions.
Arman Ryskaliyev
Partner
Responsible for integrating Reine Welt solutions in Central Asia and representing the development of the partner network. Ensures the adaptation of European engineering approaches to local conditions and requirements. Builds a sustainable company presence in the environmental and industrial sectors.

Responsible for the development of technical solutions and project architecture. Ensures the integrity of engineering logic and feasibility at all stages — from concept to launch. Oversees the development of documentation, logistics, and the integration of equipment into the production environment.
