The operation of worn-out generating equipment and the need to improve the reliability of power supply required the technical modernization of energy facilities, within which projects were implemented to replace a turbogenerator at an operating thermal power plant and to construct a primary 110/10 kV substation for a new infrastructure facility, while all work was carried out without interrupting critically important power supply.
